GULU For Peace Camp

Gulu, Uganda: Young people from schools and IDP camps in Northern, Central, Eastern and Western Uganda will benefit from a peace camp organized through a partnership between the MTN Foundation, War Child Holland, and Conflict Resolution by Youth Uganda (CRY Uganda) and I-Network.
The Peace camp that opens on April 28th to May 7th 2008 will kick off with a peace concert in Gulu on April 29th 2008 at St. Monica’s School from 7:00pm. The theme of the camp; Embrace Uganda by connecting to each other is driven from the need to bridge the gap between the young people from the different regions in Uganda through the use of ICT, Media and creative tools for countrywide exchange, sharing and learning.
