ZUKUKA with MTN Terms and Conditions.

1.    The Zukuka with MTN Campaign is open to all MTN Customers i.e. Prepaid & Postpaid.

2.    To join, customers have to dial *188# this is free of charge.  To leave, customers have to dial *188*1#.

3.    Roaming customers will not have access to this campaign until they register back on the home network.

4.    Once registered, the customer will be able to call for free for 3 (three) minutes to any MTN number between 5:00am and 8:00am from Monday to Friday.

5.    The 3 (three) minutes cannot be carried forward to the following day i.e. a customer’s forfeits their unused minutes of the day if a call is not made between 5:00am and 8:00am.

6.    The campaign covers a specified period of time and customers shall be advised about that.

7.    Customers can Leave and then Join again at their convenience. However, when a Customer de-registers, they will not be entitled to the free minutes between 5:00am and 8:00am for Monday to Friday.

8.    The 3 minutes will be depleted on a per-minute rate e.g. a subscriber who makes a 10 second call will be charged as 1 minute. 

9.    The Free Minutes are for Voice Calls only and cannot be transferred or used for something else.

Please Note:
•    MTN reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

•    MTN reserves the right to cancel and withdraw the campaign and entrants will have no claim against MTN in respect of any such cancellation or rejection.

•    To qualify for the free 3 minutes at 5am, the registered customer must have a minimum airtime balance of 200/-.
